Decentralized Autonomous Review

Decentralized Autonomous Review is a way to review list based items in a quorum voting format. It is a tool to help those that are making decisions in a very task driven way, to come together and make votes on presented items in the list. It would include a superfluid stream in the future to pay those curators.

Currently it is just made with a few codepen projects as the interface, but i see it using the API for the Gnosis Safe module tracker, for the purpose of interacting with a module connected to a zodiac avatar. it would use a react frontend. I'd store the information using filecoin.
