problem: staying connected ONLINE continuously without human influence is difficult

how: prevent front running in consciousness upload and projections via imagination (?) decentralized access to connectivity using randomized access to "wifi gateways" or "sources" to prevent downtime

why: maximize uptime in simulation production

The project is far from complete. The project uses a local wifi connector to connect to local wifis, additionally, it uses a Starkware VDF Random function with the intention to select a new SSID for uploading during various streams (possibly with a bci) if one wanted to remain connected for an extended period of time in online use.
