Passbird is a Metamask fork that enables users to sign up using a magic link. We work with the Streambird API to provision ETH wallets for people, which get seamlessly imported into the wallet. No need to remember passwords or worry about backing up wallets. Users install the chrome extension, enter their email and they receive their magic link. Once they open the link, the wallet is imported and they're all set to start using dApps and making transactions.

Passbird is a Metamask fork, so most of the development is in Javascript / web3. We customized the Streambird API (written in Go) to use the Go Ethereum library to provision ETH wallets for users. Users install the chrome extension, enter their email and they receive their magic link from the Streambird API. Users opens the link, and the chrome extension imports the wallet from Streambird.
