Dapper

Dapper is a meta-NFT handshake collectible based on Ethereum. We provide iconic handshakes from the web for you to mint! We choose 'daps', or handshakes because they symbolize communication and representation. We hope that our Daps can bring people together virtually, similar to how they can connect others globally.

We utilized React and Tailwindcss for our frontend webpage. For the backend, we created REST APIs using Express/Vercel serverless functions, and coded our smart contracts in Solidity. We also interacted with OpenSea to list our assets. Initially, we attempted to utilize the Polygon network, but we ran into issues when attempting to list our assets on OpenSea, so we switched back to Ethereum.
