DeBin

This is like PasteBin, but decentralized. Messages are shared through the Waku network or stored on IPFS, fully encrypted, which means no longer needing to trust in a centralized service. It’s very helpful to share temporary messages, secrets, passwords, or other information that should be short-lived and sharing through traditional mechanisms would be unwise.

The project uses the Waku relay and store network to share messages in a secure and decentralized way. The user also has the option to use IPFS to store their messages which will be indefinitely stored. Messages are encrypted with SubtleCrypto and use a randomly generated UUID4 to prevent leaking. Project is a dapp deployed on IPFS through Fleek.co (based on FileCoin). Project uses React and Kea.js to handle logic and UI.
