Project Description

This protocol is built to make negative interest loans a reality. In combination, the Battery and Charger smart contracts create an ecosystem for recharging borrowing power, or negative interest loans.

A new token, CHRG, is used to denote spending power, and is exchangeable for stablecoins. Users who have deposited interest bearing assets into a charger, may borrow CHRG tokens. As the interest-bearing token sits in the charger, the CHRG debt is repaid by the growing asset.

How it's Made

The front end, written in typescript, uses coinbase wallet and wagmi to connect to the wallet. The solidity smart contracts are built with OpenZeppelin contract standards.

The Chargers are ERC721 tokens, and the Charge token is an ERC20. The Battery is custom written smart contract.
