DeCertify

The metadata of the certificate is stored on Ethereum blockchain. I am using Ethereum to store the metadata and Arweave to store the files. Most of the current markets place store the meta data on IPFS and the files are usually on a CDN which is a centralized server. While IPFS can also store file but the design of IPFS DO NOT assure permanence while Arweave does.
