Survey DAPP

This project is proposed to be a decentralised version of Google Forms with some additional functionalities. Using this platforms users can create survey forms and share the forms with other users who can fill it . There is also a public dashboard where all the forms will be listed and any user who is applicable to fill up a survey would be able to give response and earn incentives in the form of crypto tokens.

The web app is made using HTML CSS and JavaScript. It uses Moralis database for storing user and form information. The user uses moralis authentication for loging into the app. The app gives the functionality of creating new forms and responding to existing forms. The Forms and Responses files are saved on IPFS (Textile's eth.storage). Incentives are provided using Superfluid instant distribution.
