FiveToken with Polygon

Created At

Road to Web3

Project Description

A blockchain wallet is a digital wallet that allows users to store and manage their Bitcoin, Eth,and other cryptocurrencies. A blockchain wallet allows transfers in cryptocurrencies and converts them back into a user's local currency. First of all, Web3 wallets are essentially digital wallets. As such, they can store digital assets. This includes everything from fungible to non-fungible (NFTs) tokens. Second, a Web3 wallet also opens the door to the crypto realm, allowing you to interact with dApps on various blockchains. Furthermore, wallets help you access an extensive ecosystem of dApps.

However, we found that there is still a lack of such application tools to support multi-chain payment and identity authentication between file coin and polygon. So five token aims to provide professional transaction service for Filecoin storage providers and bridge the Filecoin ecosystem to Web 3 metaverse with reliable ID management. We will focus on payment, be as a mobile app, equips you with a key vault, secure login, token wallet, and token exchange—everything you need to manage your digital assets. We also can provide the simplest yet most secure way to connect to blockchain-based applications. You are always in control when interacting on the new decentralized web. Besides, Fivetoken can generate passwords and keys on your device, so only you can access your accounts and data. You always choose what to share and what to keep private.

So, to fully implement, to implement all the features, we will have three different versions of the application for individual customers to Link file coins with multiple chains and support Filecoin to explore web 3 networks. Ensuring the security of the wallet is the focus of this work. At present, we have passed 2 rounds of security audits, passed the first round of security audits, and are in the second round of security audits. After this audit, we hope the basic functions of the file coin wallet have strong security and stability.

Fivetoken adopts the market-recognized Argon2 and libsodium design architecture with authentication for our security architecture. We generate a 128-bit salt by hashing 16-bit characters, plus a password of at least 8 characters entered by the user, and in-memory computing parameters to generate the derived key. The right side shows the encryption (above)/decryption (below) process of libsodium. We generate ciphertext through four important parameters: derived key, private key to be encrypted, the public key and a random number. The private key in the application is stored in ciphertext without any intermediate state to ensure the security of the private key.

About Why we hope to connect polygons with filecoin. Because Of Ethereum's Layer 2 technology, Polygon solves the problems of slow block confirmation time, insufficient bandwidth, insufficient TPS, and high GAS fees. While providing a general framework that allows developers to take advantage of the security of Ethereum, it focuses on the chain of applications. It provides an interoperable network that links together various scaling solutions.

How it's Made

About how to build, here are the details. Fivetoken Wallet Multichain Edition and Google Plugin Edition support the Polygon network internally. DApp developers use FiveToken to debug the connection of the financial part when developing Polygon network applications. We also support test network debugging, and simplify the interface rules, making it easier for developers to use. Let's take a look at what interfaces FiveToken provides for developers: For example, obtain wallet address, connect judgment, send a transaction, change account and network, etc. For details, please refer to Fivetoken's API documentation (you can open it for them to see), or you can directly read the source code on Github.

Here are the tips about Using FiveToken's Polygon for ordinary wallet users? The following are described through a few pictures. In the APP, the user can select Network -> Add RPC in the settings. We will see the first picture and then fill in the corresponding URL and other parameters (the second picture) to use. The same is true for Google Plug-in Wallet.

We can provide users with APIs to connect to dapps, and GitHub is fully open source and constantly updated. We also have a strong team, amazing development speed, and efficiency. Finally, I'd like to show our roadmap, we've been looking forward to bringing more connectivity opportunities to the Polygon and Filecoin ecosystem.
